I was looking back at pictures and saw this one... how I miss the opportunity to look at these beautiful crafts... Fort Days is So riomanticed for me... it's where I fell in love with Erik oh so many years ago...

oh- wait, this is about the crafts...

Sophia can...

It's hard to believe that Sophia is 3 months old already. she's just started rolling over- not just flopping from her belly to her back, but actually doing the muscle moving and pulling herself from her back to her belly. The thing about this ability that amuses me the most- is that after a few moments on her belly, her neck gets tired and she lays her head down, face right into the floor (blanket actually since we don't lay her directly on the carpet... maybe one day she can play on the carpet... when we've steam cleaned it a few times and adopted a no-shoe policy... or when she starts to crawl... which ever comes first....) then she starts to squeal because she seems to have already forgotten that she can turn herself back over. I do love helping her flip back to laying on her back though... the smile of thanks you recieve is too too wonderful.

the Sunday before Halloween, we went to Minnie Mouses' house and carved pumpkins.

So we lined the kids up on the couch (one sibbling to be added to this bunch in the new year, plus Sara's, plus another friend that is due to have her 2nd any day now)

and then we lined the pumpkins up too...

The Friday, a week before Halloween (yeah, I know, I'm behind) we went to a fundraiser pumpkin walk and trick-or-treated, drank hot chocolate and dipped our own donuts in chocolate and sprinkles. yum.

Minnie and her dad met us there...
